Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Lula Lula, either directly on the www.thisislulalula.com website (“the website”), through Instagram direct messaging service, or by telephone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
All our deliveries are safely packaged in an aquapack (water bag) and carefully wrapped in a bouquet box packaging before being transported to their destination.
Lula Lula delivery region covers Essex. Deliveries within Chelmsford deliveries are currently free! (CM1, CM2, CM3, CM4, CM8, CM9). Anything from 5 - 15 miles from Chelmsford will be charged a delivery fee. We hope to be able to expand our delivery capacity to London and nationwide in the near future.
Any orders erroneously placed for delivery outside of our delivery zone will be cancelled and refunded. Lula Lula will inform the customer if this event occurs and a full refund will be processed in this event.
Delivery window for bouquet orders are from 9am - 6pm within the selected delivery day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific time of delivery for general deliveries, except for funeral flowers, wedding and events.
Specific time slot delivery can be purchased at £5 if required. To request a specific timeslot, please select this on your bouquet order or contact us at email@example.com. We need at least 2 days notice for any bouquet orders. For anything less than 2 days notice, please just telephone, DM or email us and we will let you know if we have enough flowers and are able to fulfil the order.
If you wish to collect your bouquet free of charge, please contact us to arrange a date and time for collection at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders will be delivered once. If no one is in, the bouquet will be left in a safe place with an accompanying note through the letterbox to detail where the bouquet has been safely placed. If a neighbour is home, we will attempt to deliver to the neighbour if they are willing to take responsibility for it. Alternatively, you can leave special delivery instructions directly with us via the ‘Add Note’ function in our checkout process or by emailing email@example.com.
Orders & Payments
For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the flowers payment page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.
If you wish to amend your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or direct message us on Instagram at @thisislulalula. Please note that any changes to your order (delivery address, gift message, additional items) must be made by 9am the day before delivery to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to dispatch. Although we will endeavour to make amendment requests that we receive after these times, we cannot guarantee we shall be able to make the changes. Please note that, once your order is in ‘processing’, cancellation of your order is possible only in exceptional circumstances and is entirely at our discretion. Orders that are cancelled up to 2 days before the delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee. This is to protect the business as all flowers and stock would have been ordered by this point to fulfil the order and would be a significant cost to the business.
Lula Lula will create all customer orders according to the example picture and size of the bouquet they have selected. We will match the bouquet to the colour palette, style, textures and flowers with the seasonal flowers that are available. Bouquet dimensions depend on the seasonal flower and foliage we have available. We will always reserve the right to change the flowers or contents at our professional discretion to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All flowers and bouquets are subject to availability. Flowers may sometimes be delivered in bud to ensure a longer life.
Please be aware most lilies are considered toxic to cats and caution should be taken. Certainly the following varieties are known to be poisonous: The Easter Lily (Lilium Longiflorum), Tiger Lily (Lilium Tigrinum), Rubrum Lily (Lilium Speciosum) and the Japanese Show Lily (Lilium Lancifolium). It is important to specify in you do not want Lilies included in your bouquet order.
